Originally established as Shenzhen Jieyong Clocks and Watches Co. LTD in 1990, Starking Watch Group(Shenzhen Xinghuang Watch Co., Ltd. 圳星皇钟表有限公司) is a comprehensive large-scale private watch business that has grown tremendiously since its establishment in 1992. As the Executive Vice President Unit of SZWA(Shenzhen Watch Association), the Executive Vice President Unit of GDHA (Guangdong Province Horology Industry Association) and a member of China Horology Association, the group has its own independent Chinese national watch brand - "STARKING", independent watch movement manufacturing enterprise - Shenzhen Jingrui Movement Limited, and two watch manufacturing bases - Yajia Time Industrial Park in Longhua and Starking Technology Park in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China.

In 1998, the company took the lead in the "Hong Kong International Watch Fair" and "Basel International Watch & Jewelery Show", officially entered the international market. At present, the products are exported to more than 30 countries in Europe, America and the Middle East. Starking has more than 300 brand-operated, spread all over China, in over 80 large and medium cities.

Shenzhen Jingrui Movement Company Limited was established in 2014 to manufacture tourbillon movements. It currently produces a variety of Mechanical, Automatic, Tourbillon and Quartz calibers.
