This is the elusive second generation Chinese tuning fork movement.

The architecture of the movement (single coil, shape of the tuning fork) is similar to the Bulova Accutron 230x . However, when the 230 is a smaller caliber made for women’s watches (about 20mm in diameter) the Chinese one is the same size as their first tuning fork caliber.
